By accessing the betway website or mobile platform, creating an account, or using any of our services, you are deemed to have fully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.
These Terms apply only to individuals aged 18 or above. Minors are not permitted to use betway's services. betway reserves the right to amend or update these Terms at any time. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
When registering with betway, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Creating an account using false or misleading information is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure. Each individual may only hold one account; if multiple accounts are found under the same person, all will be terminated.
It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login credentials strictly confidential. You should not share this information with any third party. You are solely responsible for all activity carried out under your account. If you lose your password or suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact betway support immediately.
As part of the account verification process, betway may request identification documents or other supporting materials. Withdrawals and certain services may be restricted until verification is complete. Users may not engage in any illegal activity, fraud, or attempts to harm others on the platform.

Payments, Transactions & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on betway are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits and withdrawals must be made using betway-approved payment methods, which may include bKash, Nagad, and other local mobile banking services. Funds deposited into your account will be credited to your balance within the specified processing time.
Account verification must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request. betway may request additional verification information before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to specific wagering requirements, which will be outlined in the relevant bonus offer details.
If fraudulent payment activity or money laundering is suspected, betway reserves the right to suspend the relevant transaction and notify the appropriate authorities. Users may only use payment methods registered in their own name; transactions from third-party accounts are not permitted.

Users may not attempt to compromise the platform's security, overload the servers, or disrupt other users' experience. Exploiting any bug or vulnerability in the games or betting system will be treated as fraud and may result in account termination.
Betway's content, trademarks, logos, and software may not be copied, modified, or distributed without prior permission. All content published on the platform is protected under betway's intellectual property rights. Users may not use the platform to harass, intimidate, or harm any other person.
Liability, Account Suspension & Intellectual Property
The betway platform is provided on an "as is" basis. betway shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by technical issues, network outages, or external factors. betway also bears no responsibility for any problems arising from links to third-party websites or services.
Betway reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account, for any reason — particularly in cases of Terms violations — without prior notice. Upon account closure, any legitimate balance will be refunded subject to applicable conditions. However, balances may be forfeited in cases of fraudulent activity.
All content, software, designs, logos, and trademarks on betway are the intellectual property of the company and are protected under international intellectual property laws. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or use any part of the platform to create derivative works.
Regarding third-party links or services: the betway platform may contain links to external websites; however, betway is not responsible for the content or policies of those sites. Accessing any such links is entirely at the user's own discretion.
Changes to Terms, Governing Law & Contact
Betway reserves the right to revise, amend, or update these Terms at any time. For significant changes, betway will endeavor to notify users via their registered email or through the platform. However, it is the user's own responsibility to review the Terms regularly.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute arising from these Terms will first be addressed through mutual negotiation. If no resolution is reached, the matter will be referred to the competent courts of Bangladesh.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. betway's failure to enforce any particular term does not constitute a waiver of that term.
